I feel the fade warranty is very misleading. It said it’s guaranteed for 10 years, but the actual guarantee gives you a percentage each year for 10 years . Each year the rebate would be 10% from the original price. That means if it fades in three years you would get 70% five years 50%. I think that’s quite misleading.

Lindy68: Came fairly quickly in good shape, packed well. It was as expected in quality and color and size (9 ft.); looks great over patio table; goes through hole in table center then down through heavy wrought iron stand.
Cranks up and down easily and sturdily; has a pin that fits through pole at top. I like the three tier as we get afternoon winds. Has a tie to wrap around to secure when umbrella is down.

Beth: This is the jewel on my new deck. I love everything about it. The three tiers increases the air flow. The black absorbs the heat and provides UV ray protection. I’m hoping it will not fade as quickly as other umbrellas and will prove to be good investment.

Janed Sax: This is the first vented umbrella I’ve purchased and I like it very much, not having to worry about umbrellas tipping over in the wind. I liked it so much that I bought two more for my back deck as I usually prefer shade to sun. They’re easy to set up and the cranks work well. I haven’t tried tilting them as I’m too short to reach the mechanism. They appear good quality and should last a couple of years. I gave one less star only because the color is a bit more vivid than shown, bordering on gaudy, but I’ve gotten used to them.
