Newbe Teacher: I set this up myself. Even during the California hurricane weather, the only thing that broke was the wire I used to hold the canopy up. It blocks a lot of the sun, it makes a notable temperature difference. It's also a really large area. Would buy more for larger sizes.

Ryan broussard: This seems to be a high quality product and will likely hold up well to the weather, BUT I have had to stretch and tighten the corner ropes everyday since its been installed; I have a 16'x16' sun shade. It rained last night for the first time and the sun shade is really sagging now. I will tighten again today; but how many times do I need to keep pulling it tight? (the ropes are not loosening).

twinnhalotwinnhalo: These rectangle 12' x 16' Sun Shade Sail Canopy's are beautiful! We purchased two so that most of the yard would be covered. They are durable and we really like them. It required my husband and a friend to drill bolts & concrete them into the house, then brace into the block wall on the other side. They used heavy rope so that they are adjustable. It took them a full afternoon to complete the install. The sand color is nice and matches our house perfectly. We did take them down during Hurricane Hilary just in case the strong winds would blew them away. These are way too pretty to let get damaged or to loose.

My_Honest_Review: The quality of the material is quite good. Tie down loops also seem to be very well stitched for strength. It’s does surprisingly well in high winds as well. The design seems to cut the wind well. We had a day recently with high winds and it held up really well. Thanks man to have a bit more room when attaching it as it does need to secure tightly from each corner. The material doesn’t stretch but it’s designed in a way to be pulled a bit for added strength. Water does not pool on this sunshade so don’t worry about water making it sag. Dries quite quickly as well. I would definitely recommend this product.
