Nadine Ritchie: I'm very happy with this shade sail. I only gave it a 4 star because of the instructions. We followed them to the letter and the results were not too good. We watched some You Tube videos of very similar product and shape and size and their results were good (and nothing like the instructions that came with the product). the beams that my husband installed according to directions make our back deck look weird, like the leaning tower of Pisa. However, the sail does provide the needed shade. We've had a couple of really hot days and its comfortable. Prior to the shade sail our deck was an oven on hot days. A neat plus is that it stopped some bird droppings and with the hose it came off very well. I would recommend this product but watch some videos or Pinterest articles.
