MikeMike: I am a big guy over 300 lbs and was very happy to come across this model that supported a 350 lb max weight and was built heavy duty specifically for walking. I noticed the price was extremely reasonable which made me wonder about the quality. After reading existing reviews I said it's worth the chance and I'm SO glad I did.
The Amazon delivery drivers arrived on time and texted me 30 minutes ahead of their arrival. When I ordered it said they were to put it just immediately inside the front door in an enclosed area. The crew were extremely polite and offered to put it anywhere I wanted in the house. That was very nice of them.
I unpacked the treadmill from the box and my first thought was "wow, it's practically already all together straight from the box." The directions were clear and installation was just like the video posted on the website. I connected the display wire and put in a total of 12 screws with washers using the provided tool. Then I applied the belt lubricant and plugged it in and it was ready to go.
Everything written in the website description I felt was very accurate. It feels and operates like it's a commercial grade...

TKGopherFan: I am a bigger man, and I was hoping getting would give me an option to get a walk in, if the weather outside isn't cooperating. So I have been using this for about a month or so now, and it is working as I hoped. This to me was a simple treadmill and one that doesn't have all the bells and whistles but does the job its intended for. I have through dieting and other exercise including this device, dropped about 20 pounds since this arrived. There is a creaking noise that I hear when I use it, sounds similar to a creaking boat. I can live with it, it is very easy to use, and I can vary speeds easily if I would like. I am 6'2 and I have about a 34 inch inseam, and I can walk comfortably on the treadmill, and it probably can handle a stride of somebody that is 8 to 10 inches taller than me. Hopefully this device last for years, as I have become quite comfortable using it now. So much so that I may be willing to part with my elliptical device now.

It was fairly easy to assemble, a little heavy to bring upstairs. It can be folded up but you will likely need a couple people or more to move it. I do really like that it isn't as space consuming as other...

Terry Barker: Due to covid the delivery was to our condo building entrance , not to our condo. The driver was very good and offered his rider to get it to our condo. It needs two to maneuver it and if you want this to be in a certain space, assemble it there, do not assemble then try to move it. The assembly is straightforward and the thing to be careful of is the connection of the control cable, check inside the socket to make sure the pins are straight, ours was bent and it would not work at all at first. We chose this as we are both 250lbs each, and it has a nice wide belt to walk/jog on. So far so good after 3 weeks use, it is not a bells and whistle machine, but built for robustness and simple use. make sure you lubricate the belt before use as instructed, and we ordered another bottle at same time as ordering the machine.

Francis: The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because of the shipping snafus that endlessly delayed shipment, delivery, and tracking. This treadmill weighs MORE than UPS can handle - claims to be 148 but actually weighs 169 pounds - in one huge, impossible to carry or lift, box. As a consequence, this box sat at Amazon headquarters for a week before I got a supervisor to fix the delay, and THEN sat for two days at the receiving end in our town because no one at UPS warehouse was able, or willing, to pick it up and deliver. Only because of a really conscientious driver did we finally get it, and he had to lift it with a "mechanical lifter", and a dolly, with assistance by us to get it into the house. (Fortunately we live on one story level with the driveway. ) This should NOT be sent via UPS - it should be sent via freight. God help you if you live up a flight of stairs. We moved it indoors via big sliders. That said, it was easy to set up ONCE you got it out of the box, and once you got it into the room where it will remain forever! That said, because it weighs so much, it is extremely sturdy, and will most likely last a very long time. The difficulty lubricating it is...
