Philip shappy: With just a click of the foot pedal, the steamer is at full temp in under a minute and pumps out a lot of steam. The hanger attachment, with clips, is very convenient, especially when using this on kids clothes. The hose is a little stiff, but might loosen up over time. The only improvement I would suggest is a handle that is a little more ergonomic.

Denise: I've had a bunch of steamers and this by far is the best. So easy to turn on/off, large water tank, good amount of steam and the fact that the hanger part attaches to the pole so securely makes it so much easier. So many of the others have just a hook that you have to hang a hanger on and the hanger swings while you are trying to steam. There are only 2 minor things I wish I could change-- but this by all means should not keep you from buying this steamer. I wish is that the clips didn't slide so easily because sometimes they move together when you hang an item and also that it had an auto shut off feature after running for a long while. Its so easy to turn the steamer off with the tap of your foot but I'm just waiting for the day one of my teenagers doesn't do it.

Kim Ronnisch: This steamer is easy to assemble and easy to use. The unit is stable even on carpeting. The pole has an attached hanger that is adjustable in width to accommodate all sizes of garments. The steam flows well without any drips. Great investment in my quest to not use dry cleaners. I use the at home dry cleaning methods then steam my garment, works great!

dffswv: The steamer arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and its use is intuitive. The foot pedal for control of the on and off switch is convenient, much more efficient than bending over to use one's hands.

The steamer heats in a matter of seconds - probably 30 to 45 and makes quick work of wrinkles.

We have elected to use our own hangers rather than use the one that came with the product. We found that our clothes hung better with our own hangers than the one provided and allowed us to better remove wrinkles.

In all, this was a good purchase and worth the price paid.

Amazon Customer: The PureSteam Pro is simple to use and does a great job. I’m not very good with an iron and the PureSteam Pro makes it idiot proof even for me steaming my wife’s clothes. A real life saver!

RVN: I purchased this steamer in November 2020. I really liked the look of it and thought it worked well. My husband didn't like the piece that sticks out on the bottom of the steamer head. He said it would pull on sweaters. I didn't have that issue. And out of nowhere the steamer just stopped working the other day. The light went off and it just died. We only had it for seventeen months and it's done. This was was the third steamer I have purchased(two Conair, one Pure Enrichment). Instead of buying another steamer for another $150, I took the plunge and ordered the Jiffy J-2000 it's double the price but at least it has a three year warranty.

Amazon Customer: Our first purchase of this product leaked so the entire contents would be gone in a day and it was brand new. Pure Enrichment was amazing to deal with and they replaced it within a couple days and the new one works amazing. It is our 3rd brand of steamer and is by far the best. We only use distilled water to avoid lime scale buildup.

Flame Red: I loved the style of this product and it felt well built but I returned it as it just wasn’t hot enough. It was easy to use and assemble. Garnet hanger useless as why put on and off clothes from their own hangers. Better to have the option of taking off the hanger and being able to have a hook at the front and back to use your own hangers. At the head of the steamer just below the holes for steam to come out there was a little plastic piece that caught on all my clothes and pulled them as I was testing it. No matter how far I was from the fabric I still managed to snag the material. Not sure why this jagged piece is there...maybe for the attachments to go over and cover it but that was a big negative for me. The pole could have been taller as I had to bend to get to the lower part of garments and so an adjustable pole would be good as I’m only 5’3 and this pole was for someone way smaller. It didn’t steam very hot for me but as I say I loved the main base design, very sleek and well built. Shame the other parts just could make me get past those snags.

Julia: I work in the fashion industry and am weary of new steamers but this gets the job done for me. I work will all fabric types and the heat settings on this are convenient. Sometimes the steam slows down and you have to hold the handle high to get it flowing again, but I've never used a steamer where that wasnt the case, even industrial steamers. The handle does get hot so recommend a glove if steaming for long periods.
