Maintains constant temperature with shower and sink being used at the same time. I replaced an existing 5 year old tankless unit that no longer worked. Be sure to consider the existing electrical supply and upgrades that may need to be made by an electrician that are required for this unit.

Amazon Customer:
I bought this because it took forever for hot water to reach our kitchen sink. I timed it first thing this morning, when no hot water had been run overnight, and it took about 10 seconds to be hot! YAY!
Now for a couple of down sides.
It has to be installed on a dedicated circuit using CRAZY large wiring - 6 gauge. This made it very hard to work with, as that thick of wire does not bend easily, either going into the circuit panel or the heater. Also, since you have to tap into your existing water lines, you have to hire a plumber unless you are pretty handy. Paying a plumber and an electrician for installation can easily add $400 to the cost.
From what I saw on here, I thought you HAD to buy the valves. Plumber said no, and didn't use them.
It was also recommended on here that you add a scale-removing filter to your water lines. Plumber said no, and didn't use it.
I also bought a 2nd tankless heater and valve set because we thought we would not only have the one for the kitchen sink be added, but we also thought we could replace our existing gas water heater with one. Plumber said no, and said that would be about $1,400...

Easy to install, hotter than expected! 60a breaker and we've got the temp turned way down!
An excellent heater. I have one in another location. Unfortunately our current plumber refused to warranty the work, unless he installed one he provided. I had to send amazons back unused. But it is great! EEMAX Makes great H²O heaters!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Replaced my old Titan 2 N-120 with this unit and this unit really beats everything about my old one. Awesome digital adjustable knob, easier wiring installation because the connectors actually fit the wires. I already had all the necessary electrical configurations so easy to install. As a note, don’t over- tighten the connections to the unit. I mangled one of the compression sleeves and had to go to Home Depot to buy a set of 3 for$3.85. No leaks and very hot water.

Spydo StaxxeSpydo Staxxe: So far we love our tankless heater.
We have a small household of two, and we do cold-water wash. So the only we use the heater for two nightly showers , the dishwasher , and occasional hand-wash. This replaced a HUGE 80G solar hot tank which was in the home (see photo). Our A/C system had to fight to compensate for the extra 80G tank heat load which was significant. Plus it consumed 10 sq ft of the pantry , which we now recovered for storage.
I have an energy monitor watching the heater- see snapshot. At that time the shower and dishwasher were both running, it was drawing about 43A (9.4KW) which is well-below our 13KW capability. We do have it at a pretty low temperature (110F). There is a jumper you can change inside the unit to lower the load (KW). But of course that also reduces the capability. An if you set the jumper to say 8KW, then it might be wiser and more economical to just BUY an 8KW heater instead,
I'm an Electrical Engineer. Think of these this way - the limitation on these systems is how many degrees can I raise how many gallons per minute (GPM)? If I can raise one GPM by 50 degrees max, then I can only raise by 25 degrees...
