Empfehlenswert!

Marc: I was using a similar device to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth but I had problems with losing internet and sometimes Bluetooth connectivity. I really thought I was having trouble with the computer but I thought it was worth a try to order this USB adapter and give it a try before spending too much time troubleshooting. I am really glad I purchased this one. It does come with a disc with drivers to install but I didn't even need it. As soon as I plugged it in it started to work. I only have to click connect to WiFi ID and I was back in business and for the first time in months my computer has stayed online and not dropped. It Just Works!

I am glad I picked this one up and I recommend it. I have not run any performance test using it but I have no noticeable difference in speed for my browsing the web, watching how to videos, and downloading files.

Also kein Plug and Play unter Windows 10/11, da er keine Treiber findet.

Nach diesem Dilemma funktioniert alles und die angegebenen Geschwindigkeiten werden erreicht.

4 Sterne wegen dem CD Vorfall..

J. Lann: I'm impressed with this little thing. Bought for my girlfriend as she has some Bluetooth peripherals she wanted to use with the PC. Works very well for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity! She has her computer in the bedroom while the router/modem is in the middle of the living room, 2 rooms and 2 walls away, over 50 feet away and she gets gaming quality reception. Installation was very easy using the included mini-cdrom. Just plug in the adapter first, install the Wi-Fi drivers next, then the Bluetooth drivers like the little manual shows and you're done. Installation will give you an app to set your Wi-Fi connections and monitor them as needed so you can see what you're hooked to and how good of quality connection you're getting.

Rick Cousins: I've tried several dongles to add Bluetooth to my high-powered business PC. I ended up having to use Device Manager to tweak them on each time the PC was restarted. This one has been flawless. I had resisted buying it since it uses BT 4 and 5 is now standard, but so far that hasn't made any difference.

Ashleereign: I had a older linksys module that was dropping in and out anytime i tried to stream a 1080p video. The chip would need to be removed and re-inserted to come back alive. So i bought this one, and paid a bit extra for the Bluetooth for controller support.

I've been using it for over a week now, and I'm getting 200Mbps both up and down on 5GHZ. This is great, I'm between a bunch of walls and a Circuit breaker for the house. Bluetooth works flawless, and it is PLUG AND PLAY, windows 10 picks it up right away, no downloads needed.

However, if i max out using a file transfer it still does the same thing thing as the linksys, but not as often. This made me think I could be over saturating the USB interface or the dongle is overheating cause it to just stop working. You'll need to unplug and re-plug it back in to get it working again. I am almost sure that the linksys was overheating, "was super hot to the touch" but this one runs cool which made me think it could possibly be my USB chip in the PC. However, the drop outs are not nearly as much and reception is way better. If i connect to 2.4Ghz I'm willing to bet i won't have drop outs as it won't get as hot, however i could...

Jay: I have a 10-year old Dell PC (running Windows 10) in my two-car detached concrete garage, which has typically been an obstacle for effectively connecting to my home wireless network. I resorted to using a Powerline adapter set up in there, but the speeds were less than ideal. Comparably priced USB Wifi adapters were able to locate my home signal, but dropouts were far too common to be reliable.

However, this adapter is able to pick up my home network with greater strength than other USB Wifi adapter offerings. Now I am able to transfer files to and from Google Drive/Dropbox with acceptable speeds, use web-based design apps without disruption, and stream music without lag. (I cannot provide gaming or video broadcasting performance as my PC setup was not intended for that type of usage.)

Add the fact this unit also has a Bluetooth adapter, I can now utilize a number of Bluetooth devices (keyboard, speakers) for wireless convenience.

Installation was simple. Plug it in and let Windows 10 install the appropriate drivers. The adapter includes a mini-CD with drivers for a number of OSes (Linux, Mac, older Windows versions). Drivers are also available on the EDUP web...

Texas Thunder: I got a great deal on an older Intel NUC computer that didn't have WiFi or Bluetooth on-board. I was looking for something that was both small and to fulfill both needs in one device. I bought this to solve that problem.

Installation was straight forward and simple. Install the drivers before plugging in the dongle for the first time and everything worked as soon as I plugged it in.

So far it's working flawless for me. I took away one star because the included drivers were on a mini CD which had to be copied to a USB drive to install. The included driver version was from 2015. I went to Realtek's website and installed the most current version of the "Realtek Wireless LAN Utility" which made a minor difference in the signal strength and link quality in the graph. I opened the device manager and found my Bluetooth and WiFi devices, right clicked and told it to manually update the latest drivers from the internet. Both found newer versions and updated.

After the manual update my signal strength went from 80% to a locked on 100% and my signal quality went from a fluctuating 50-60% to a 99-100% after doing this simple update. I didn't run any speed tests before or...
