I installed this in my studio. I didn’t need it for anything except hand washing so went with this less expensive one, thinking is it got warm long enough to wash my hands it would be perfect. I get about 2 seconds of scalding hot water and the rest is ice cold. Waste of time and money. Don’t buy it.

I think it works great. I don’t need it to have boiling water. It’s for an outdoor sink. Really to wash off your hands at. Water gets warm which for me is perfect.

It was very easy to install. Now I have hot water outside to do my barbecue cleaning washing hands exct. When not in use I simply turn off or just unplug it. It’s great to have hot water outside at my sink.

This "water heater" doesn't HEAT anything except your temper. It will get slightly "warm", cooler than 98.6 body temperature if you turn it on so slowly that it barely comes out of the faucet. You make any attempt to increase the water flow and it gets cold. The warm water fluctuates between warm and cold the entire time it is running. It is absolutely useless!!! I only have it attached to a shower in my RV. I am back to heating water on my stove in a soup pot and washing my body in it. I wash my hair with the warm water I can get out of this piece of crap heater and it takes at least 10 minutes to get all the soap out of my hair because of the need to keep the flow so low to get it to warm at all!! Don't waste your money!!!!
