Leopard Lady: I was disappointed as these pads were not as pictured. They are supposed to be made with a slit in them to fit around the thong in the sandals. Desperate to make a pair of expensive sandals work for me, I cut a slit from the top down to the "structured Point" in the pad and then made TINY slits staring along the side of the "structured Point". This allowed me to move the pad forward so it brought the "raised" part of the pad just back of my toes - making the shoe somewhat comfortable. These Vionic sandals have the "ribbon-like" thong - not the thicker leather or vinyl thong between the toes. I'm assuming a wider cut than a "slit" might be required in that case. I don't know that I'll use these shoes for much walking, however, the Vioinic footbed made for pronation support may part of the reason the shoe feels so different to walk in.

heather h: I bought these because my cheapy flip flops slid off near the pool if they get water or my feet sweat a little. They helped give some grip but are not very comfortable on the foot. I can’t wear them for an extended period of time.

Karen: These metatarsal pads helped me fill the space between my foot and the upper strap of a narrow Vionic sandal that was too wide between the sole of my foot and the upper strap. Peel off the protector on the adhesive side and these pads hold in place nicely, yet are easy to remove if needed. Without these metatarsal pads, I would have had to return the sandals.

Amazon Customer: These little pads work great and do the job of protecting the spaces between my toes. I just wish the glue was stronger because they don’t hold all that well.
