CN in the SunCN in the Sun: My friend suggested them to me because I live in Florida and we do maybe 10 fireside nights a year. They burn great! Beautiful fire and lasts about 3 hours like it says on the box. Compared it to one other brand sold at Home Depot, and that one burned mainly on the ends for awhile and then finally a more balanced fire. The duraflame makes a quick and easy beautiful fire.

J.E.: We purchased these from Amazon warehouse for a discount as they were rejected by a prior customer and returned unused. Without the deep discount, I would not have purchased these at full tilt prices. They are a good premade log though I will report, that burned tall flames for what it is. Never much heat created by these types of logs, especially when burned outside in the elements in any open-sided firepit. Again though, we purchased for sheer convenience to transport to and from campsite and to assure we had comething to burn when camping if no wood options were available once arrived at campsite through either the camp hostsd, local store or forest restrictions around the campsite iteself. It you are going to tote press logs for camp fire backup purposes, these are good logs to bring. They light and they burn pretty well!

Beth: Duraflame logs really are the best, perfect for my outdoor fire pit. Lasts a very long time, and affordable at around $4 per log. Love them.
