K0D3R3AP3R: These are fantastic once they're lit. They burn long (roughly 3 hours) and produce a decent heat and the flames are nice and bright.
Be aware, however, that you're probably not going to get them lit just by lighting the two little marked areas with a lighter... if you go that route, the wrapper will burn a bit and smoke a lot, and may even burn all the way around but will probably then go out without actually lighting the log itself on fire.
Personally, I break out my little butane soldering torch and selectively torch it in various places for about five minutes until the log itself has achieved ignition, and then it's good to go.

Kelly Parsons: I purchased these before and they burned great. No mess 3 hour beautiful clean burn with warm heat. I am so disappointed with my last order. These logs burn nicely for an hour then become an ash covered log in my fireplace. Very unsatisfied customer, it is not like it is even the same logs although packaging is the same. What a disappointment.
