Or anything that is not choc cake I love it definitely get if your keto I made my birthday cake with it it was so yummy you can add so much to it and make it how ever you want it to taste its a good base and I buy is so much like every couple weeks or months at least. 5 star make more product I will get all of them

A. E.: This cake a good. It has a good texture and has a feeling of cake after being on low carb for a while.

I have 2 issues with this cake.

1- it is a bit too sweet. I know this is a desert, but I feel like it is 2 notches too sweet. If having it with an sweatened tea it seems better.

2- the taste of coconut flour is a bit overpowered. I don't mind it, even though others in the house do. It is a bit more apparent than other cake making it less of a neutral cake taste.

It is still good, and it helps with sweet tooth craving while being on low carb.

Marianne O. Schmidt: It actually tasted pretty good. I had my doubts because I am not a fan of coconut. To be fair, it smells like coconut, but I didn’t particularly notice that it tasted like coconut. Where I thought it fell short, was the frosting. It was okay, but didn’t spread easily. I zapped it in the microwave for a few seconds, and that helped. Next time I will whip some cream, and frost it with that. At almost eleven dollars for a frosted one layer cake, thanks but no thanks. I used butter rather than coconut oil to make the cake. All things considered, I liked the cake, and I would buy it again, but not the frosting.

Kevin: First, remember that this is a diet product, meant to substitute for the real thing, not be the real thing. Secondly, enjoy it for what it is, not what you wish it to be.

This does not taste or feel like any other cake you've tried before. That will be clear to you at the first bite. Anyone could eat this, and perhaps enjoy it, but I wouldn't suggest using it for a crowd. This cake mix is truly best only served to those actually on a low carb diet.

It's good, don't get me wrong. I enjoyed it immensely. My sweet tooth was satisfied and I'll definitely purchase it again. What sets it apart three most from real cake is the texture. It's dense and unusually moist-- but not like regular cake. It's difficult to describe... I suppose you could say it seems to have a higher moisture content when finished. It didn't rise as much as I expected when baking it. I wanted a second box just so I could layer it and have it look right. I used a springform pan, but don't remember which size. All I remember is that it barely finished at an inch tall, if that, and looked almost the same coming out of the oven as it went in.

Overall, I recommend this to any low carb dieter, just...
