Barbara EdwardsBarbara Edwards: While these heel cushions are very comfortable and have been such a relief during a plantar fasciitis flare-up, the top covering of the cushions is too thin and flimsy. After wearing only three times, the top cover is peeling away from the cushion and is balling up under my heel. Replacing after only three wearing a is a waste of money.

SavannaSavanna: I have horrible heel pain constantly, I can’t walk barefoot at all it’s unbearable, so I bought these. I put them in my crocs and they saved my freaking life! They support my heel perfectly! I can’t walk anywhere without them, the only shoes I have that rival these are my new balance shoes that were $160 🤯. These are such good quality, I will be buying these for the rest of my life lol. My husband hates that they’re half foot, so consider maybe trying the full insole first if your problem isn’t JUST heel pain.

Paula: I suffered for years with plantar fasciitis; tried everything including custom orthotics, cortisone shots, and boots worn at night. Was about to have surgery. I found that my feet felt better in more cushioning shoes and spent money on expensive shoes. Then I tried wearing these inserts in my shoes that didn’t have as much cushioning. They’re so nice because I don’t have to buy larger shoes. I’ve been wearing just these in all my shoes and slippers for years (no more clunky shoes) and my pain has not returned. They last forever. I hope they work for you, too!

MR T.: Had a problem with Achilles tendinitis, due to jogging, including pain and sensitivity under one heel. With some exercises to correct the Achilles tendon pain itself and use of these pads I was able to continue jogging at lower frequency ands mileage as the problem resolved itself. Does what it says on the box; helps relieve heel pain.

Stoyan Zhelenski: I have been using these from long time, great value for money. There is real pain relief and these are really long lasting. My only dislike is the lack of colour choices as I prefer to match my shoes colour.
