I am VERY glad with the purchase. I bought 2 and they do keep the seniors from fall and provide them with more confidence and security in the shower. Very good suction power than other products. I bought 2 different ones and kept this one as it's much better quality.

Do not waste your time or money. I purchased these to put in the shower. The surface of my shower is smooth untextured tiles that measure 10 inches by 14 inches so there is plenty of room for the bars to adhere without touching the grout lines. I have tried to adhere them to the clean shower in every situation I can think of... wet, dry, every which way. They NEVER stay in place! This is very disappointing. The instructions are very clear, and the product is easy to use, but they just plain do not work. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy!

I'm using this bar to help me get in and out of my bathtub. I've had a knee injury and my knee gave away and is making me unsteady. This bar is perfect for what I need it for. It can be attached to our acrylic tub anywhere. The suction is good and holds when I pull on it. I left it overnight and the next day the hold was as strong as ever. The Bath Support Bar from Dr. Maya is solid, not flimsy. This is the second item from Dr. Maya I ordered. The other one is a walker and I am happy with that product also. Recommend.

I placed this in the shower and it is really hard to flip the levers and get it attached. I also is a little short of matching the tiles in the shower. One end is always on a grommet line. But it seems to hold really well if you use it right away. If you wait a couple of hours or the next day, it will come off the wall easily and maybe fail when you need it most. Make sure you take it off and reattach before each shower. I believe I will use it when traveling.

It is a good grip handle for large hands, possibly not so for smaller older ones. It wasn’t difficult to attach and seems to keep a sturdy hold. However for our standard 4 inch square tiles it overlaps slightly onto the grouting, which ultimately must affect the suction. As these size tiles are very common I cannot understand how it is not made to fit easily within a span of three tiles..

I ordered two of these to take with me on vacation to a rental house that was not handicap accessible. It had a tub with shower, no walk in shower available. Upon arriving, I installed them in the shower, they immediately held. I used them for three days without any adjustment and removed them as we left. So easy, no problems whatsoever. It far exceeded my expectations. Now I do not have to worry about renting a home that is accessible, these will serve as a grab bar anywhere I go. Such peace of mind. I am thrilled.

I was just about to drill holes into my new tile shower wall to install a grab bar for my moms visit when I saw this!!! And I’m so glad I did. This product is great, I didn’t have to drill holes, it was sturdy and Held well to the wall, but even more impressive than the great product was the AMAZING customer service. I have purchased plenty of items online, but I must say out of all of them this experience has left me the most impressed. Thank you Dr. Maya and Orex group I will be a loyal customer and encourage others to buy these great products.
About the item- I love that I can adjust the angle, height, position of the handle, based on what is needed. I bought two, one for inside the tub (low) and one for in the shower portion (high) it was very solid and it was quite discreet. I’m so glad we didn’t drill holes because I did move the handle several times to find the best possible position for leveraging safely out of the tub and shower. Thanks guys for a great product and for the professionalism you exhibit.
