Francy: I love garlic in everything and these are perfect portions. Initially I thought having to keep them frozen would be a problem for immediate use while cooking but so long as you sit this out as you prep to cook, they thaw out quickly. However, when partially thawed out sometimes it’s hard to get the whole portion out of each slot. When I need a perfect portion, I pop out what I need from the container straight from the freezer and into a bowl to thaw. Try these, worth it. Garlic is very fresh!

Louise: Ok yes fresh is better but I haaaaaaate peeling garlic because of the way the skin starts sticking to your fingers after a couple of cloves blechhhhhh and none of the stupid "shake it up in a jar" type hacks actually work, so this is a great compromise. Tastes way better than minced garlic for sure and it’s nice that it’s frozen so I don’t have to remember to use it before it goes bad (bags of already peeled cloves)/starts growing a whole new plant (fresh bulbs).
