No frills, stainless, textured handle so not slippery even if your hands are wet
The screw holes are apparent so it is a breeze to install, but for inside of home it would look crude

Macdongr: Installed for my father who has mobility issues and this works great.
Tile shower backsplash but used flip toggles rated at 160lbs each and I belive with each side at 3 positions is extra strong. No worries for durability on this item.

saul: The bar helps me go up and down the steps from my garage .The gasket that fit between the wall and bars holes did not line up. With some modification it works fine other thsn that the bar works good.
