Could not use this weather stripping since it is too narrow. I could not send it back since I did cut a piece off the roll. Whichever way I tried I could not close the Gap between the Garage door and the frame, I should have measured the gap before I ordered this Item. Next time I know hopefully better.

After one year since installation there are no tears or rips of any kind from either of my garage doors. However they have now, after 12 months, turned a dirty yellow. The doors face South and get a lot of sunlight. I haven't tried to wash then, but my fingernail can't scrape anything off. I need to try some bleach.
Installation was a bit laborious, but to be expected for one old guy! But only half the nails I needed were supplied and had to buy more.
Overall I am very happy with these door seals and recommend them.
