Bud: Showerhead has no pressure with that thing .. save your time and money...
The concept is nice, you can have one or the other, or both, but flow is restricted way too much, won't get shampoo out of thick hairs...

William Nalder: So far so good, it was a bit larger than I anticipated. Follow installation exactly, I over hand tightened and the washer became ineffective and it leaks...so don’t strong arm it. No issues now.
