AJ: The product is nice in quality but the instructions are a complete disaster. There are several different models in the instructions with some very poor diagrams which make the installation far more confusing and frustrating than it should be. Because of this, it took 2 hours to complete the install. The instructions also leave out some major details and one very big safety step which does not cover reinstalling one of the internal rings which keeps it from blowing the handle off the wall when the water is turned back on.

Zach C.: Good faucet. Install was simple, though I would recommend watching the YouTube install video as the written instructions leave some steps out. Overall good build quality though the temperature control valve feels a little cheap and plastic-y compared to the build quality of the rest of the trim. Not a deal breaker certainly

JCC: Its a pretty good valve trim once you learn how to set the temperature limit. My only grip is the plastic head for the temperature control, it feels cheap and flimsy.
