Jane: I like these in place of fries to keep things lower carb. They need to get pretty crispy because they're not as good if they're undercooked, but I think they come out really good in the air fryer. Kind of like sweet potato fries but not as sweet.

Rakhi's Mom: Steamed package in microwave. Veggies were pretty tasty but way too soft/mushy. Will order again and this time make on stove top in hopes I can better control done/shape keeping level of veggies.

JPat: they taste good and are a healthier alt to french fries, but they are definitely not for my little ones. the parsnip ones were difficult for even my adult teeth to bite off.
