Ed: Does not come with screws or template! But they had mentioned that in the product description. Overall the materials and construction of the slides was better than expected. I had all the screws and mounting template already so, this was a good buy for me.

Alice WakefieldAlice Wakefield: I'd never replaced drawer slides before and failed to notice that they come with no instructions, but figured how hard can it be? Well, for me it was pretty hard, but that's because I didn't know what I was doing. I'll admit it. That they were replacing some mickey mouse hardware on the very bottom drawer of an unmovable chest and I worked with a flashlight in my mouth didn't help either, but I did manage finally to install them. They're heavy duty, I'll give them that, and had a very smooth gliding action, but I did something really stupid. The interior surface the outer brackets are mounted to is a dark wood that doesn't show pencil marks, so I held up the brackets as I drilled the holes and screwed them in. The drill dust got into the pre-greased track bearings and is a bear to get out, but the drawer no longer gets stuck.
