james: Being new to the wine making hobby, I just could not seem to master the dry wine that my taste desired. After several self learning failures with wine yeast's I tried this yeast left over from another failed hobby. I was amazed at the results. The taste of my wine was spot on what I had envisioned. Seamed like clearing my wine was a much easier task as well but that may be from much learning on trial and error attempts using the wine yeast.

Amazon Customer: I'm not sure if it's me or the yeast but I can't get it to work in my mash. I had to pitch some bread yeast to get it going. Ph etc all good. Energizer nutrients and temp good. Bubbles a bit and then dies. First time using this product so it could be something I'm not doing or doing wrong.

KL: Yeast will not ferment out, seems very weak. Stops after a couple of days. I can not get it to ferment out. Used with yeast nutrients as well. I would like it replaced if possible?

Nicholas Newman: Purchased this on a gamble to increase alcohol content when making wine. Very surprised at the high and aggressive activity within hours of pitching the yeast into the primary fermenting bucket. Excited to see the results. Original SG of 1.179 with temperature correction for 84F at time of pitching yeast. Started yeast about 45 minutes prior to placing in fermentation bucket.
