Hams510: Light works well. Definitely good for both day and night. I’ve ridden a few times in pitch black and it really lights the road well. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is like others said, it is a bit front heavy and can slide down if you hit too many bumps. I’ve decided to under mount it to handle bars to prevent this.

IGold: I bought this light for daytime visibility only, and it does not disappoint. I live in South Florida in an Over 55 community, so having a light that will make me be seen was very important.

The funny part is that when I am behind some of the older drivers in the community, they think that they are getting pulled over by the cops or something. Many of them, when they see me behind them, either slow down to a stop (in the middle of the street) or pull over and roll their window down (SMH).

It has become a standing joke in the house when I get home from a ride, my significant other will ask "how many people did you pull over today".

It is seriously an attention getter. For those who maybe wondering, I do have the light correctly aimed below horizontal and slightly away from oncoming traffic.

Chuck: I like most everything about it, having used it almost weekly. I've been told by several that I am visible even in the dawn hours quite a distance away when it is on light & strobe mode. Though I haven't had an issue with it, or even had it turn on, I wish the warning for low battery was longer than 10 minutes, as that is only about 2.5 miles at 15 mph. I just charge it after every few rides.

Jake: I have tried many different bike lights. This one is my favorite, it's nice and compact and light. The battery life on it is amazing. I mostly use flashing mode during all my day rides and it can go for a long time, even the solid light modes give you long battery life. Charging it is very fast too! Visibility is amazing. Trust me it's a great light for any need you may have. When it's on sale again I'll buy another for my wife.

Chantal Dagenais: Très bonne lumière pour le vélo. Permet d'être vu de loin, même en plein soleil. En mode clignotant, la batterie dure au moins 4 heures. La batterie des autres marques de lumière que j'ai essayées se vidait en environ 1 h.

David O: Ilumina muy bien y la batería dura para varios viajes. Me gustan mucho los diferentes modos de luz uso sobre todo el modo estroboscópico de día (te hace muy visible incluso a pleno sol) y la combinación de estrobo y luz continua para la noche. Además te avisa cuando es hora de recargar la batería.

El único problema que le veo es que el sello de hule que protege la entrada micro USB no se ajusta muy bien y se destapa con las vibraciones del viaje. No creo que resista mucho con la lluvia, pero la luz es tan buena que mejor le pondré alguna protección yo mismo en vez de regresarla.

La montura también es excelente, mucho mejor que otras luces más baratas (por eso tuve que conseguir una nueva)

NomNomPlume: I just took this out on my first ride. It's certainly bright! In broad daylight, I can see the reflected flashing on the road signs that I approach. On a paved bike trail with no lighting and a new moon, it lit the path adequately for cycling.

My main annoyance with the headlight, and my reason for withholding a 5-star rating, is that it can be very tedious to select the desired lighting mode. There are 9 modes for the headlight: a "boost" mode (maximum steady light on all LEDs) that is entered/exited by double-clicking the power button. All of the other 8 modes are selected by single-clicking the power button to cycle through them. How do you do that without temporarily blinding or dazzling yourself? There is no indicator of which mode you're in, so the only way to know is to look at the output, which is unpleasant to do, even if you don't stare directly into the light. You'll likely need to cycle through it twice, so that you can calibrate your eyes by compare the lighting levels. There should either be more controls available, or some indicator of the current mode.

The taillight is harder for me to review, as I don't see it when riding. I'd like to see more...

Cblanca: This compact bike light has lots of features but is not that intuitive to operate at first. The online user guide provides very little useful information and the box has instructions written on several sides and flaps. The box points out that there are different modes for daytime and night time use but provides no photos or diagrams of the different modes. I basically sat in the house and pointed the light into another room and played around with it long enough to guess at which mode might be best for my use. Here are my pros and cons:

Pros:
-Compact design (looks more like a bike light than a flashlight)
-Bright (if you're used to cheap bike lights you won't believe how bright this one is) Cygolite also makes one about 5 times as powerful too!
-Versatile (the Quad lamps at the top can work independently from the main light as daytime running lights) You can run the main light alone on low, medium or high and it has a nice spread. There are also several combination settings. I live in a city so I tend to use the lower setting of the Quad lamps on steady and the main light flashing so car drivers can see me.
