honketyhank: My self-designed custom branding iron arrived today, right on time. I plan to use it to brand my mark into an inconspicuous location on my whittled doodads and thingamajigs. I will try it out tomorrow, but I expect no problems. The brand appears identical to my drawing with deep relief. I am very pleased with the good price and obvious craftsmanship. If I have any problems tomorrow, I will amend this review to provide details. If there is no amendment tomorrow, that means I am still 5-star happy.

ProfessorX: Item just arrived (one day before the start of the predicted delivery window!) and it works like a charm. I simply chucked the stamp into my drill press, heated it up with a small, hand-held butane torch, and voila-- excellent wood-burnt logo on my most recent woodworking project! As others have noted, the 1" is rather small, but for small projects its perfect and the image is crisp and clear. Even though I've only had it for an hour, I've already ordered a second (larger version) for myself, and another as a gift to my woodworking son. Also, tracking was great--I could follow it as it traveled halfway around the world to my mailbox. Can't say enough about the product and the company! (BTW, they have a reduced price when ordering the same style stamp if you already have one!)

Julie Tanguay -Côté: J'ai du le mettre directement sous une source de chaleur constante si non c'est trop long et pas assez efficace pour brûler le cuir. La gravure est impeccable même si les détails sont petit. Ça donne un rendu professionnel de mon logo.
