Matt: I work as a welder and bend over a lot. I had a lot of pain between my shoulders in back. This helped with keeping my posture straight thus reducing pain in my upper back. The only draw back was that it tight around my shoulders. But it only took some time to used to it. The benefits of the relief of reduction in back pain way out did the uncomfort of the tightness in shoulders. I would highly recommend this for anyone who does any kind of work that requires them to bend over at the upper part of the body.

Raju DasariRaju Dasari: This pain relief belt is very nice and comfortable specially for office guys. It corrects our sitting body posture and removes back pain and shoulder pain as well. I'm really very satisfied with this product.

Zach: The support is basically all fabric with some minor rigid rods on the backside. This is great because it makes it super comfortable, and able to wear under clothes easily because it’s so discrete. I haven’t had any problems with the metal straps hurting yet, as others have mentioned. In fact, this brace is very comfortable and holds my shoulders back and back straight wonderfully. The velcro system used to constrain the brace is also genius. I never worry about the velcro slipping off. That being said, there is little lumbar support due to the lack of rigidity around the waist belt. Then again, I am 6’1” with a 30” waist size, so if I had a slightly bigger waist I’m sure it would fit tighter.

Gilles BoudreauGilles Boudreau: Below was my original rating but after wearing this 6 times I was just telling my daughter how great this works when my back is unbearable. She points down and says I don't see that working much longer.. The thing is completely ripping appart and useless after wearing it 6 times driving long distance
I have 4 levels fused and need 2 more right above the last 2 surgeries. If anyone ever hurt the L-2 area for a man it feels like someone is playing soccer with the right or left testicle. Only this pain never goes away. My first 2 surgeries ended up on a bad angle forward so standing on my own is uncomfortable. One of the worst belts I can use are those overall style home depot looking belts This posture belt is really good compared to everything else I've tried. The keeping upper back in place helps the lower back. I ordered a second one.

Terrell Griffin: Over the years I have own several incarnations of back braces. Most have been at least good for some sort of support but are often difficult to keep in place. This brace accomplishes this task by offering two types of support, including posture correction and lower back support.
The lower back portion helps keep "tension" on the posture part.
Many things that multitask often fail to perform one task even mediocre. Pleasantly surprised this is not the case.
I work as a vendor and am in and out of my car and back and forth inside store which includes bending/kneeling/stopping and pain is usually there as I return vertical. While I can't speak for the abilities of the copper (I don't feel any less relief than others copper infused products I've tried and enjoy) but the fact that it does seem to be helping keep my back straight without being obtrusive, uncomfortable or painful in fact while the instructions say to start off with 20 minutes and work your way up, I have worn this thing for hours sans pinch or prod. I will sy though that it does get warm (which for the belly it hugs isn't so much a problem but a bonus in my opinion). Just don't forget to wash it.

Kelly E Conner: This posture corrector was something I was looking forward to trying to see if it would help me improve.
The first time trying it on was cumbersome, and still is, since it says to loosen the shoulder straps before putting the belt on and then putting on the shoulder section as if you were preparing to carry a backpack. That strategy worked very well. HOWEVER, the next step was to tighten the shoulder straps once on. You would have to be a very flexible contortionist to do that and still it may be a challenge since the adjustable buckle is behind your armpit. Look at the picture of the guy wearing it on his skin. I had to get help to tighten the straps. If the straps are not loosened, it is very difficult, for me, to get them on without stressing my shoulders or getting cramps.
Once on, I felt like it was doing what it was supposed to do. It doesn't "hold" you at the correct posture, it's more like it reminds you to straighten your back and pull back your shoulders. You can still slump with it on. But, the constant reminder did help me stay straight. HOWEVER, after wearing it all day at work, I noticed my skin started itching like crazy by lunch time, even though I...
