RAK: Pretty much perfect except for the fact that the wooden handle turns. There are times I would like to not only be able to lift the press straight up , but also to hold it at and an angle to be able to peel off stuck on bits while it is being used. If you try to do this, most times the handle will turn on the screws holding it on or the handle gets a bit greasy and I cannot hold on to it tight enough to keep it from turning back to a horizontal position. Needless to say, it is HOT at that point and I have been close to burning myself several times. For my needs, it needs a textured wooden handle and a method to stop the handle from rotating.
