Comfortable Metatarsal Cushions for Women and Men

Nil Celik: I have a few high heel shoes and boots which hurt around the ball area. Although they did not remove the pain completely, these ball of foot cushions did help and I ended up wearing my shoes much longer than before which made me quite happy.

Erin: I absolutely hate wearing heels, but putting these in really helped prolong the time I could wear my heels. They take a decent amount of pressure off of the ball of your feet and toe area, and made my shoes like, 30% more comfy. I definitely want to get more in the future for my other shoes!

Linda Crawford: At first they felt a little thick but after I got them into the correct position they are great. To find the correct position for my show I taped the inner sole to my foot, then carefully slipped on my shoe to confirm the position was correct. Then, I reached into my show and held the inner sole down tightly so it released from my foot… a little tricky. Then I used a sharpie marker to mark where I needed to place it I’m my shoe. I aligned the part of the inner sole closest to me first, then carefully folded up the front of the piece and smoothed it in to position. It’s a bit difficult but worth it. I’m using them on high heel shoes and my foot is much more comfortable and does not slip forward. These inner soles would be too thick if your shoes are tight before adding the inner sole. Very nice product.

Smithy Girl: I like these foot cushions for a few reasons. One, they are stiffer then some,. This is good because they stay in place; and don’t curl up when you walk. These pads also cushion the ball of your foot when you walk in high heels, and they don’t allow your foot to slide forward. My final reason for loving these pads is that they take up a little room , if your shoes are slightly big.

JustAskMe: Didn’t help much. Comfortable but slid with feet. Had to keep taking shoes off to adjust them. After so many times, the adhesive became less tacky.
