COLZER EPI-186 Air Purifier: Clean Air for Large Rooms with True HEPA Filter

K Cal: This outperforms my much more expensive purifier and I went to buy new filters soon after buying, only to find there are no replacement filters to be found. This may not look as nice as other machines but is a great performer. But is expensive when you find you need a new machine instead of just a filter.

dieter: I purchase this air purifier about four months ago have it running in my family room. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so the amount of pet dander in my rooms are quite high but while using this air purifier I noticed the dander levels were much lower and not so much dander or dust collecting on the floors I bought a second one for the bedroom and so far I really like these machines they’re quiet and I really believe they’re doing a good job so if you have any question if this is a good unit I would have to say yes.

Andrew ToAndrew To: The Colzer air purifier is a great product, especially for its price. We have it set up between the living room and the kitchen and notice that the air quality has significantly improved. The little light indicator changes depending on the air quality. We originally bought it due to the air quality caused by the California wildfires and have kept it running majority of everyday. Initially the light indicator was a Yellow/Green and since then, the air quality bar has been at a constant green everyday.

Though we don't have a particle counter or anything to measure how much it does filter, what I have noticed is that my allergies that act up around this time of the year don't quite occur when I am in the house. When I am outside, it still does which leads me to believe that this purifier is definitely doing something as nothing else has changed around the house.

I highly recommend it due to its price and how much square footage it can cycle air from every 30 minutes. It has 3 fan speeds and also has an automatic function that tends to ramp up when it detects a drop in air quality, such as smoke from cooking, cigarettes, incense and what not. David L. Grundvig: In 2019 and 2020 I wanted to purchase air purifiers for my small cottage home. I, my caregiver, and 3 medium hair cats occupy the home. We wanted to cut down on hair, dander, dust and allergens in the air to obtain a healthier atmosphere. I went online to see reviews of air purifiers under $200. Consistently, all the Colzers overall had the highest reviews and best customer satisfaction. So Colzer it was going to be.

I first purchased a medium size Colzer EPI-186 for my small computer room. Awesome, I was so pleased and decided to get a little larger purifier for my caregiver’s living space…a Colzer 142 C. Also, an awesome machine. Lastly (maybe not for long), I bought a birthday gift for my daughter in the form of a Colzer EPI-328. What was her assessment of the gift? AWESOME!

Now what do we like about our Colzer purifiers? Basically, everything I can think of:
-Quality build and material
-Easy insertion of filter
-Exceptional air purification: fresh-cool air, enhances air conditioner usage, removes dust; dander, pet hair, allergens as advertized. In other words, they perform extraordinarily.

Sml175: The media could not be loaded.  After purchasing one of the Inofia larger units we decided on purchasing another of the same size for our entire upstairs. Due to the design of the house we found that the kitchen area was not covered as well as the other areas. When we saw this smaller unit by Colzer, we decided to try this for our kitchen and dining areas to freshen the sir when we are cooking. For a smaller unit we were amazed as how well this unit performed. Although we just received it yesterday, we left it on while we were frying fish (which usually will stink up the entire house up) but when were finished with dinner you could barely smell anything that was cooked, more less fried! This small unit has performed extremely well so far as do the other two larger units we also have. Noise is a word not used when this is on as I had to check twice to see if it even WAS on! I cannot recommend this unit more as this is great for kitchens, bedrooms, smaller dens etc. As far as this company, I have had a few questions with the larger units which were answered not within one day but within 6 hours.
