Kindle Customer: Unfortunately, we bought two of these units and one was missing the cap on the hand-held shower. The unfortunate part is that we did not catch this until we were having it installed in our new house that we were building.
They both work well after almost three months in the house but, aesthetically speaking, I'm a bit upset. I would have given this five stars if this was not missing the cap.

It lasted less than two months before the rain shower head pulled apart and started spraying water out of the side. Unfortunately, we passed out the return date because we had it for a couple of weeks before installing it.

Jonathan S.: The Cobbe shower system is truly impressive and you get great water pressure for a large rainfall head. However, after installing them in both of my newly renovated bathrooms the shower heads are leaking from the ball joint that adjusts the tilt. Other than that they have been great. I wasn’t able to find the parts through cobbe so I bought new heads from another seller.

Installation réalisée par mon plombier, mais absence totale de communication avec le Vendeur en rapport avec le bris du flexible de douche qui est de très mauvaise qualité et qui a brisé après 2 jours d'utilisation.
Amazon me demande de contacter le vendeur, chose faite, ce dernier ne m'a jamais répondu pas. Et Amazon ne peut/veut rien faire pour moi. Méfiez-vous.

Kyle: Wow I’m amazed by this rainfall and handheld shower set... it works perfectly and there were no issues getting it installed.

This shower set looks beautiful and the pieces feel heavy with good quality material used. I had to get a professional to install this set as I have no idea where to start, they had no problems with installing it and they said it was quite easy with simple instructions and everything was included.

The rainfall feels amazing and it truly feels like rain, it’s very relaxing. The pressure is just right for me with both the shower and the handheld.

Overall I’m loving this shower system set and it feels like something that will last a life time.

This is such an amazing shower head. Not only does it look fantastic but it works so well! Heavier metal than expected and a good quality piece. The instructions were easy to read and use. The spray is even and so like a rain shower its scary. Love the look, sleek and clean lines really add to the look of the bathroom. Truly an amazing experience.

i7CoreInside: The cobble shower system was very overwhelming to get a grasp of all the components. Includes the valve, shower head, faucet and much more. The 12x12 inch shower head is massive compared to other competitors out there. Water distributes evenly throughout the head which is great to see. Very balanced pressure. The nozzles are rubberized so it's easy to clean if ever your city has hard water or you are not using a water softener. The satin black color is very nice and seems durable. Very easy to see water stain if not wiped and dried right away. In terms of the angle of the shower head when using the standard hole most household have on the wall you will need to adjust accordingly. Very tricky to have the waterfall effect especially if the middle of the shower head is only 15.75" from the wall and therefore won't be a straight down waterfall effect. Usually with this kind of install, the pipes will come down from the ceiling to have more space for you to move around. Regardless, very nice product overall and really well packaged.
