MsSteak66: A humble ice pick is an indispensable tool for any kitchen or bar, and is a lot safer and efficient to use than a knife, fork, or whatever else you're using instead. This one is so nice! Smooth, solid wood casing with brass fittings and stainless steel(I think) pick. Finished really well, and screws together easily. Makes it really safe to put into a drawer and not worry about stabbing yourself when you're grabbing a spatula.
Added bonus is that it doubles as a weapon that you can easily carry in your bag or pocket.
All of this, AND inexpensive! Would make a nice host/hostess gift too.
