We order a total of ten blinds for the office. We are very happy with them. One blind I close to block the sun then open & lift every day. It still works at good as the first day.

Did not include hardware or instructions to hang the blinds, even though the product listing indicates hardware is included. The box it was shipped in was a perfect fit for the blinds--so not sure how the hardware would have been included. Emailed their customer service, which will be sending out the hardware this week sometime. Will update y review once I receive the hardware and can install properly.

I am disappionted that they do not supply hardware or instructions for hanging the blind. I complained and they followed up by sending me an incomplete set of hardware. Also, the blinds don't close evenly. I'm very disappointed.
