Loves Fiction: I love these stories and I can’t believe I haven’t read them before. Adventure, mystery, romance, friendships….wow, just wow. Highly recommend this series.

Amazon Customer: I bought one before and it skipped on the cd player.
So I bought a 2nd one and I'm so happy with it. I have no problems with it at all .

Fatty McButterpants71: This makes me want to rewatch the show all over again because I didn’t remember any of this from the show- lol. There’s a lot more books than there are seasons of the show, tho, so that’s not too surprising. Good read!

KerryM: I am really enjoying the True Blood books so far, but this one sort of slowed down a bit for me. The baddie was too obvious, you pretty much knew what was going to happy from the get go.
Still enjoyed the read but was hoping for a little bit more on this one.
You didn't seem to get the interaction between the charactures as much in this one aswell, but hey few more to go yet!

Mummy of Two: This is the 5th book in the Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood series. I will admit that I only read the Sookie Stackhouse books as I had watched the television series however I absolutely love the books and now find the television series a bit wanting at times (although I still love the TV series). They seem to change the story in the television series so much from the books which in my opinion don't need changing however I assume they do this for a 'more dramatic storyline'. For anyone who is a fan of the television series then I would definitely advise them to read the books as they are so much better and go into so much more detail than the TV series can. I absolutely fell in love with Eric Northman in the series and if there was a 'team Eric' vs a 'team Bill' then I am definitely on team Eric! I can't wait until the latest instalment in the series is released from Charlaine Harris and I shall be reading it as soon as it touches my doormat!

Ms. Kristal A. Herbert: I absolutely LOVE all the True Blood books!! Have read the first 9 so far - the two latest ones not released yet, are next on my order list!! They are fast paced, exciting, sexy, sometimes sad and really well written. They draw you into Sookie's world in an amazing way, it's difficult to pull myself out sometimes and get back to the real world where unfortunately there are no vampires and even worst no Eric!! Apart from Sookie, he is my fave character!! Well done Charlaine for bringing us the world of Sookie Stackhouse!!

Crystal Rose: In this book we hear a lot more from the Were's and we hear more from the Fairies Claudine and Claude. Jason now transforms into a were-panther, but is thought to be the person that is trying to kill as the Weres and shifters. They feel that since Jason did not choose to became a shifter it could be him that is trying to kill them. This book is very involved with the weres and shifters, and Bill and Eric is in very little of this installment. Bill makes a few guest appearance with another human on his arm, which upsets Sookie. Calvin gets shot in the chest, Sam gets shot in the leg, Sookie gets shot, but in the arm because she started to "hear" something when the shooter was getting ready to take the shot at her. (Bill get a little close to Sookie at this point, but for a very very short time) Calvin's bodyguard gets hurt badly while trying to protect Sookie. Since Sam is shot Sookie goes to Eric asking for help being that Merlottes needs a bartender. Introducing Charles, a beautiful vampire that dresses like a pirate. Charles is beautiful so he gets a lot of attention being at Merlotte form the ladies. A fellowship of the Sun member tries to take Sookie out by setting her house...

Amberae: Love this series! Charlaine Harris has a way of writing that "sucks" you in and happily keeps you there. The plots were fantastic. And the story building was done so well.
