Steven B Webb: Shy Son goes on a risky adventure to save his father. Both grow up a lot from the experience. Also become friends with two other interesting people.

Adelaine Strauss: The writer knows how to get into your head. You cannot help to understand and relate to the characters, live the journey with them, learn the life lessons as you travel with the characters through the story. It is easy to read, and worth reading again and again. Outstanding!

P. Didur: Ryan Hyde hits a home run - again. I loved her book Take Me With You, and this story took it up a notch. She has real experience with animals (especially horses and dogs) and the outdoors, so her stories are believable and credible. Her characters are realistic, and the situations draw you in so much you cannot put the book down. I loved everything about this book, I felt like I was in the wilderness with Ethan. His encounter with a pissed grizzly will put goosebumps on your skin and raise the hair on your neck!

Kindle Customer: A different kind of book for me, but a very pleasant surprise. Interesting characters who are not the usual types. A gripping story of a young man's growth in confidence whilst searching for his missing father. His very believable reactions to the deprivations of a trip into the wilderness are often laugh out loud moments, and help to relieve the building tensions. Good story.

Kathleen Wogen: Sometimes the people that are supposed to help us the most are the ones that hurt us the most. Hurting people hurt others. Sometimes strangers are the ones that identify a great trait that we never knew we had. Be generous with your sharing good traits with others!
