toocandy: I've only had this about a week, but the cats liked it as soon as I got it set up. Easy set up, I added water and it worked as stated immediately. It's very quiet. The only drawback is my 3 cats are drinking more and filling up the litter box!

Craig & Jess Scott: I had a different fountain from the same brand & didn't want to get different filters, so I bought this.
It hold 3× the water as my 1st fountain & all 3 cats love it.
It's also fairly easy to clean & runs very quietly (until it needs water or to be cleaned).
The only major issue was that it was hard for my kitten to use for a few weeks because he was so tiny & the water was up too high. He just climbed up into it, though.

Susan: I had their old design which was more elongated and a better distribution of water. The pump stopped working. It was cheaper to get a new unit than buy a new pump. Crazy, right? This is a cube. It holds a lot water. This new design is definitely not an improvement. Unfortunately, it is very heavy when filled with water. Another interesting design is the plug that goes into the wall is very heavy. It keeps falling out from the plug. I have to tape it to hold it in place. I could take apart the old pump to clean. This one does not come apart. This is not a good change as a lot of crud accumulates. Lots of design flaws. I wanted to return it, but my son says he will look after lifting, refilling the water and cleaning. The good news is it comes with a small brush and the filter has been slightly improved!

Aleph: En mi caso ya llevo 2 fuentes compradas la azul y la blanca, si pueden compren la azul es lo mejor tener vista del agua para saber cuando rellenar, igual cuando tiene poca agua el motor empieza a sonar así que te darás cuenta en las noches, la blanca empece rellenando con agua del grifo pero a los 4-5 meses como hay zonas un poco difíciles de lavar les empieza a salir sarro y los filtros se estropearan rapidísimo por lo cual tendrás que comprarlos seguido, así que a la segunda le empece a poner agua de garrafon se lleva como 1/4 de uno grande pero lo vale, los filtros duran muchísimo yo creo que me ahorro filtros por el gasto del garrafon así que se compensa, ademas los michis lo agradecerán y de echo con esa ya llevo 1 año y gracias a eso el motor que fue lo que me fallo en la primera justo por el sarro sigue funcionando.

NBLady: Both our cat and small dog like this fountain and are drinking more water. It is very quiet and only starts to make a noise if it needs cleaning. Very easy to clean and reassemble.

Anonymous: The pump has three rubber legs but one leg in the pump is falling and can’t be put back because the hole is too small. I am afraid the cat end up eating this or it falls in the sink when I change the water . There is no option to request for replacement pump and only option is to return but we waited more than a month for it to arrive. Not sure what to do here. I hope the seller can step in and suggest a solution
