Jason C.: It works is about the best I can say. The handle is not well insulated so it gets really hot in your hand esp with long periods of use. It takes forever for the pyrography tips to get hot. Takes a looonngg time to burn anything into wood decent enough. I would honestly spend $20-$30 more and get a better set even as an amateur.
