Handsome Stranger: This unit is for fiberglass tubs. Very sturdy and heavy. My only complaint is that the powder coating was chipped off the one I received. The box was severely damaged, ripped and taped to hold it together. It came to me in manufacturers packaging, not something Amazon had put together. I would still recommend this to anyone who may need tub support. The unit was worth keeping, even with the blemished finish.

melinda nelson: This product is sturdy but it's not very tall. If you can not bend down I would suggest a taller one. It would be great for kids or sitting in a shower chair and assist to stand up. Getting in the shower standing up is not tall enough

Lashlee: Really pleased, because with my knee I find it hard to get in and out of a tub that has a strangely high side for entrance. Now everyone in my house uses it. It Hass to be re-tightened every once in a while but that’s to be understood. So a really good addition to my apartment and I highly recommend.

Amazon Customer: The product worked fine on our fiberglass bath tub as stated. However, it was badly treated in shipping. The box was damaged and the paint was chipped off in two places.
