The Captain: While rated to support a lot of weight, this cane feels feather light in the hand, is thin, and gives the impression that it is not as solid as it is. If you need something ultra lightweight, this is a great buy. But if you want to feel something more substantial in your hand, this cane is a pass.

Rock: This well crafted lightweight cane is built of carbon fiber and considered stronger than many metals. It harkens back to the days of elegant walking sticks with it's stylish taper and comfortable handle. The handle itself is very versatile and why it is considered a hiking cane. With it's light weight it can quickly be flipped into a saber grip and used as a deterrent or for self defense against two or four-legged predators.

After a couple of weeks of daily use with my first one the rubber tip shows no sign of wear. I liked it so much I bought this second one in a different color.

Personally, I think it looks much more masculine and youthful than today's offset canes, but would serve ladies just as well.

Justin M: I really like this cane. I got it a couple months ago to help me walk. I have had number of different canes over the years. It is pretty light weight. This has been by far the best cane I've ever gotten. I hope this review helps in your decision.

Larry: I just want to start off by saying that this is a nice cane, but it is NOT carbon fiber as stated in the description.

It is made of aluminum, so it is still fairly light weight (0.67 lbs) with a weight capacity of 300 lbs.

Overall, this is a nice cane and does what I need it for (knee injury) at a reasonable price.

Amazon_Warrior: Was injured and needed a cane, this was comfortable and didn't look too strange. I might get something a bit nicer if I had to be in a very professional enviornment, otherwise this is much better than the canes that were at my local drug store.

Amanda MacDonald: This is my first cane and was quite nervous to order. I am beyond pleased with it! I like that it adjusts, the handle is perfect for my hand size/shape. I was nervous being a plus sized woman and the stability but it is plenty strong and stable.

Eau Rouge: This is a good cane for someone with an occasional balance problem. Despite its light weight, it feels feels strong and sturdy, with none of the clicking sounds that some reviewers have mentioned. I’m almost 6’4”, and this cane is plenty long enough for me. The handle is comfortable, and the black stick / grey handle combination looks good. At this low price, I’m strongly considering buying a second one to keep in my car.
