CAMMOO Golf Rangefinder: Measure Distances with Slope Compensation Technology

Indiana Customer: Used it a few hours after taking it out of the box. Comparable +/- 5 yards to my friends $400 range finder. I'm not pro, so that +/- 5 Yard reading won't make a lick of difference. Great price/quality/value!

Thomas: At this price, I expected some issues, but really haven’t had any. The rechargeable batteries last a long time. Yardages are accurate, slope adjusted, and easy to obtain. It is very small and light. The case seems to protect well, though the zipper isn’t as convenient as most flap cases. The only issue us that it can be too easy to bump the Mode button and find yourself using meters vs yards or maybe out of golf mode. I’m a fan and won’t lose sleep about leaving it at the course. It is cheap to replace.

Ian: I had a terrible experience with this seller. The item took over a month to arrive and was very inaccurate. It didn't calculate distance very well and when I went to return the item the seller refused to take it back. I would be highly weary of purchasing anything from this seller.

Can't charge Laptop with amazon 65w charger.: I used it several times, accuracy is good , sane as expesive model. and battery life is also good. I can use more than 6 round without additionsl charge.

Asif K.: functionality can be improved, using it is a bit difficult which can be improved further. Sometimes when I see through, it doesn’t show the measurement I have to press the button twice or thrice.

Ben W.: I am loving this range finder after about 10 rounds using it. Sometimes I compare distances with playing partners who have more expensive devices, and the yardages are always identical. I like the dual modes of exact yardage and "plays like" (note: you can't use "plays like" mode in tournaments).

The battery life is also incredible -- I've only charged it once, and the battery still seems near full capacity.

As others have mentioned, I do have to make sure my hand is steady when getting yardages, but it's not a big deal for me -- if I'm not sure I aimed correctly, I just give it another try or two to be sure.

Oh, I did play once when it was reasonably foggy, and the device seemed to get bit confused (it gave me very short distances) -- I'm not sure if other devices would have the same issue though in some fog. Again, not a problem for me because it was reasonably foggy, and I don't play in that weather often.

Littleboybrew: I have had this about one month and have used for 8 or so rounds of golf. In my experience it locates the flag quickly and the yardages it gives correspond well to on course yardage markers, cart GPS, as well as a older Garmin GPS device I own. The slope adjustments for yardage seem reasonable. The unit vibrates to signal it has acquired the flagstick. You can quickly turn off the flagstick mode if you wish to shoot a yardage to another feature such as a bunker or mound. You need to be careful using this mode as it is easy to inadvertently read the range to the wrong target, so if you get an absurd number then try again.

I charged it once after I got it, as the battery indicator dropped one bar after the first round. Since then the indicator has not changed.

I have no experience with other laser based rangefinders, so I cannot really compare to units that cost 2 or 3 times as much as this one. But for me it works quickly and gives accurate yardage readings, so I give it a good recommendation. If anything changes I will try and update this review.
