Gneric Randy: The primary pieces are solid, the flip up works well, and I think it was under $20.
Offset lines up real well for me, comes with the allen for the mounting screws.

Sam: Man for the price you can’t beat these. Put on a 450 bushmaster AR build and sighted it in in 2 shots. Aluminum construction is sturdy enough and for the price I am very pleased! Also to adjust the front sight just push the retent down with a small punch and tighten/loosen using fingernail or a flat head I didn’t buy any special tool for that. Use the old hat holder and you’ll figure it out.
