C Smith: The bidet is great. Good angles and the front and back options are great. and the left handed controls fit our bathroom layout better.

The issue we have is after a few weeks the cleaning nozzle started to leak at the top, so it drips constantly. Not a steady stream, but a drip every 3 seconds or so and I can't seem to tighten it enough to make it stop.

kathryn g.: we had our plumber install it because we have such a small space with which to work. Our toilet has a curved back so it presented challenges.
Works good but because of the curved back toilet, it doesn't adjust as nicely as our other bathroom.
Worth it though!!!!

Elizabeth: I had Total Shoulder Replacement on my dominant arm and needed the left hand controls. Wishing I had gotten the dual temp, but the “ambient” temperature is okay.

mellow Texan: I have been using my right handed bidet for several years and have had them installed in all our bathrooms ( and even our RV). I have a fused spine that makes rear wiping a challenge. A bidet keeps me clean and fresh. I'm having my right shoulder replaced next week and will have my arm in a sling for a few weeks, so my dear husband swapped our right-controlled bidet for this left-controlled one. It works great! Easy to install, easy to use, no leaks, clearly marked controls, This bidet is a perfect choice for a lefty or someone whose space is tight on the right side of the toilet.

Arrr Matey: I don't know where to start with this purchase. All i can say it's the best purchase i ever made! I wished i had purchased this 25 years ago when i started having issues with wiping. I suffered nonstop from a medical condition(s), chronic hemorrhoids, scars, rashes, 2 colonoscopy's, and multiple issues down in that rear dark region. Almost daily I was in agony and constantly late for work due to wiping issues, and would schedule everything around wiping the b-spot. That was 2 decades of agony. Then came the pandemic 2020 and ordered a bidet due to the TP shortage, but it never arrived due to mail issues and the shortage of bidets. Then in 2021 I had an accident that left me in agony and pain with my right arm and shoulder. I finally had shoulder surgery Jan 2022, and two weeks prior ordered this bidet, THEN one week before installed it! Real easy to install except that i had to replace my old stiff copper pipe with a 12" flex pipe, but that was one easy trip to the hardware store. No problem, no leaks, no issues, works perfect! Love the left nozzle since my right shoulder surgery, it's been a huge blessing! I can't speak words good enough for all the benefits this bidet has...

Murray R: My first bidet, and I don't why it took me so long to join the elite... So, I bought the most basic one, but bought the Brondell brand due to reviews. That was a good decision. I wanted to try one out, and I bought during the "T.P. shortage of 2020." I love this unit, and now that I've had it for 5+ months (as of this review), I am looking at what improvements are available on the more expensive versions. Wowza... I had no idea.
Would I buy a model next time, that also use the hot water source? Likely not, as by the time the hot water gets to the bidet, I am done using it. However, one of my bidet friends, likes to purposely wait until the warm water arrives, in order to get the full experience. Me, on the other hand...I am done and gone in seconds.
My ONLY complaint is the swinging/movable spray unit (contains 2 nozzles...1 for the backside and 1 more the females in the fam), which tends to not stay in one spot. That means adjusting the spray unit more than I want, when it ain't "hittin" the exact spot... Ahem....
But when it is on target (the majority of the time), the results are just what the backside and the wallet ordered. Toilet paper consumption is driven down to...

Glenn MGlenn M: This was super easy to install. The only tools I used were tools to remove my toilet seat. I hand tightened all the connections ( hoses ) only. I only used the provided Teflon tape for the T connector that goes on the bottom of the connector to the valve from the wall. I really don't think I needed to use it at all to be honest. I would say it took me a half hour in total to install. That's getting my tool bag out, removing the debris ( box and packaging ) and such. My tip to you, use YouTube as a great guide. The videos on YouTube may not all be this particular bidet. but they are a great guide. Everyone does not have the same toilet or toilet seat, so tools maybe different. The only tool I used was a 1/2" box wrench for removal/install of my seat. No leaks at all after install.

The bidet itself works fantastic! I was very impressed by how well it worked. I will be saving a small fortune in toilet paper now. My wife loves it , I do wish it had the front nozzle for cleaning a woman's Y area. The model I bought will only clean the brown bullseye, but it does a very good job. The water pressure is strong enough to get a good blast of water at it. Some people say it's too...
