James Barrett: Works as expected. Good clean water. I am on a well so my water has a lot of iron in it. This filter pulls all of that out plus other heavy and metals leaving the water tasting the way it should.

MelissaMelissa: I didn't really care for matching the color and the chrome filters were cheaper then the white ones at this time. I can say these don't last 4 months, it's more like 3 which is still good. The light indicator turned orange and then red in the same day yesterday after first being installed mid March. You can absolutely taste the difference tho. When first installed, I don't remember grey-black water coming out. When I turned the chrome one on for a few minutes to let it run per instructions, there was grey-black water coming out. It finally cleared out after a few minutes and it looks and tastes fine now. Also a great deal for a 3 pack. I noticed there is an offbrand of these filters being sold for cheaper but honestly, I'll just stick with the official ones. I no longer buy a crazy amount of cases of water which is great because im very weak and chronically ill and carrying a case of water up the stairs puts my heart rate over 180 🥲 These are worth investing into

BBR: Works well and water tastes great. Only issue faced was when replaced the filter, filter indicator showed red instead of green.

Amazon Customer: I bought the Tap unit on it's own and these two filters.
The Tap unit box (why it's not shown here? ) is definitely a returned item as the packaging is in bad shape.
The packaging of these filters is pretty scuffed up also.
It sure looks like these came from a dumpster.
Really bad !
BRITA TAKE NOTE . I'm a senior. I buy online so I don't have to go out, so returning it is out of the question for me.

R. Blue: I am writing a review on the whole system but it also applies to the replacement filters as well. I have had the same experience with every filter I have used from the very first day I bought my system.

I have used this product for almost 2 years now and I have to say that I am very pleased with the quality of product and the taste of my water. After I installed the item the first time it worked well for about 2 months and then started to leak around the seal. I removed the whole thing and reinstalled it nice and tight, never had a problem since. There are 2 functions that I love about the Brita On Tap system. 1.)The choice of spray or regular stream coming out of the faucet (not including the filtered water). This was why I decided to purchase this over other items that are similar priced. 2.) The swivel arm for the filter makes it very convenient to move the filter out of the way while doing dishes or for any other reason you need it to move positions. It can be a bit cumbersome looming over your sink compared to just having the faucet so this makes it nice when you need it out of your way.

I found the installation to be quite easy considering I am not the handiest...
