greyhoundmom: Bought this and the non breathable Brison ball of foot cushion(purple box) and this is far superior. Comfortable going on, not too tight. Fits the ball of the foot perfectly with the right amount of cushioning. It's not so thick you're conscious you have it on. Stays in place when you put your sock on over it. There isn't sweat building up after wearing all day.

Kindle Customer: As good as my orthotics for metatarsal arch support. BUT when putting on socks the pad rolls up and is time consuming to position properly.
