Comments

Holly Peck: To make my own lactation treats, I got quite a few special ingredients. This brewers yeast is very easy to work with and definitely helps, but beware - it tastes like feet (I haven’t tasted feet, but let’s just say it tastes like what I think feet would taste like).

In good news, that taste can be masked, so you’re good to go!

Ali Timko: Bought to add into recipes to help with my breastfeeding journey. I read that Brewer’s Yeast helps with milk production. So far, I added it into my homemade cookie dough, and you can’t even taste it! I also think it did help with milk production!

I also read that Brewer’s Yeast can help deter fleas from dogs. I may start feeding it to my two hound dogs, but I haven’t yet.
