Ali Timko: Bought to add into recipes to help with my breastfeeding journey. I read that Brewer’s Yeast helps with milk production. So far, I added it into my homemade cookie dough, and you can’t even taste it! I also think it did help with milk production!

I also read that Brewer’s Yeast can help deter fleas from dogs. I may start feeding it to my two hound dogs, but I haven’t yet.
