Dez: I have only gotten halfway through, because I have to take time to contemplate on the concepts. I don’t want to rush through it. I’ve read many books on boundaries and codependency over the past 25 years and have participated in 12 step groups. This is an excellent resource.

J. Dunn: Terri was a guest at one of the master mind groups I'm a member of and I was instantly fascinated and immediately purchased her book. First I bought the audio (her voice is amazing) and was utterly overwhelmed by all the insight. I think bought the paperback, because she has quite a few exercises in there to go through so that those boundaries manifest and stick. Highly recommend as an essential personal development piece of your library!

ashbwell: I’ve been slowly reading this book over the course of several months. It’s been eye-opening, and implementing its perspective has resulted in positive change and has empowered me to live more genuinely. I feel like this book accelerated lessons that I’ve been slowly learning in therapy for over half a decade. I’ve been more direct with friends, meaning less resentment on my part, and this book has helped me define my boundaries so much more clearly while starting to date again.
So many reviews mentioned the simplistic, cheerleading writing style, but it was no problem and was positive and uplifting. Try to just connect with the material. Many of the most powerful and profound lessons are actually pretty simple.
