Brian A.: This product is excellent, but this seller is very dishonest and unscrupulous. Order a case of six packets and you will receive one 5oz bag and be charged for six.
Stay away from this seller and seek an alternative. I have filed a complaint with Amazon.

Soaring Spirit: I've bought this many times over the years, both on Amazon and in the grocery store. It supplies natural B vitamin nutrients, gives energy, lifts mood. Many of the B-complex tablets on the market are way too high in their levels and I prefer to get B vits from the natural amounts in food. I add to meals when I'm prepping and also a tsp in my hot coffee in the morning starts the day off right. Highly recommend.

Amazon_Customer: This has the best flavor so far. The price is decent. Although it is a resealable bag, in the end I went with a different brand which offers a larger quantity in a sturdy resealable container.

Kurt Ploeger: I read about this as a good source of B vitamins, I bought my first bag at a health food store at a higher price, I put it on anything I made and it tasted just fine, really good on salads.
As far as what it does, I'm not sure, I think I feel better, I guess that's good enough.
