jonathan: I have small children and this hands down has been my best purchase ever! It has gotten out urine stains/smell from the mattress, blueberry stains from rugs, and old stain on my couch. I have not had a stain where this did not remove it. It has several different settings to handle different stain levels. It is easy to use and does not take up much space at all.

PMW: I have an elderly dog who gets sick once in a while. Not a pretty sight in my house. My sister recommended this carpet cleaner. It is amazing to remove spots and very easy to use. You set it over the spot and it does the work for you. Love it.

This is an amazing cleaning device that saves my poor disabled soul a ton of effort! You can get about 2-4 cycles before needing to refill/empty, which is fine by me because you don't really want to store it for more than a day with anything in the tanks. HIGHLY recommend disposing the blank water immediately.

Emily: I've had the Bissell SpotBot about a month and used it several times now. I previously had a Bissell SpotClean Pet Pro. The SpotBot is more hands off. You can just place it over a soiled area, push the button and it does its magic. I have been very impressed.

Personally I prefer it to the manual SpotClean. The SpotBot seems to remove the stains better than when I tried to manually do it. It runs a cycle where it alternates vacuuming, then agitating on the soiled spot. It repeats the process several times over several minutes. It has both a Deep Clean and a Quick Clean button. It still has the hose attachment so you could use it for manually cleaning as well. The circular cleaning area on the SpotBot isnt huge, but big enough for small spills. If you have a large spill you can just keep moving the SpotBot after each cleaning cycle to a different area. I've used this primarily for cleaning up cat throw up and it does a fantastic job. I literally cant even tell where the mess was after using this. Plus you can just push the button and go do something else while this is working.

The machine is loud, but that is pretty much expected for this type of product. It's simple...

Matt: Great product. We have 1 dog and 3 cats. And we foster additional cats on a constant basis.

This vacuum, combined with the recommended Bissel cleaners, does a great job at cleaning up messes and smells. However, to get the best results for heavy cat urine stains you will need to get on your knees and scrub using the manual tool attachment. But that only takes about 2 minutes for about 4 sq feet. And the results vs using the "robot place on-top of the stain" method are much better. Wastewater is much dirtier, and the manual method completely removes any smells with a little effort.

But for dog poo, cat vomit et. all the "place on top" robot function works perfect. For cat urine use the manual tool. A bit more effort but works great.

We had a full-size Bissel wet vac but this one does a way better job, including the manual tool method, and is much easier to move around. Finding the right Bissel cleaning solution can be difficult, you need the solution designed for portable Bissel vacuums. But I just order them on Amazon, and they are usually delivered next day.

Highly recommend.

Amazon Customer: This is my second spot bot. I use it in my trailer because of the size but have also used it in the house when my dog has a accident. The feature of being able to put the machine on a spot is the best.it does all the work. It does a very good job cleaning spots. The suction is pretty good but when you are using the hand held attachment it just depends on how much you go over the area. The manual says there is a stair attachment and shampoo but there isn’t any. The company promptly sent me a second machine when I alerted them of the missing items. The second machine also had the same missing pieces. The hand held attachment works great for the stairs.
