Amazon Customer: This was a great buy. Not only does it do a good job cleaning, but once it's done, you take the hand tool and soak up the rest of the water, it is amazing. Now I have to buy a regular steam cleaners to do the rest of the rug, because I have these clean spots now LOL.

Matt: Great product. We have 1 dog and 3 cats. And we foster additional cats on a constant basis.

This vacuum, combined with the recommended Bissel cleaners, does a great job at cleaning up messes and smells. However, to get the best results for heavy cat urine stains you will need to get on your knees and scrub using the manual tool attachment. But that only takes about 2 minutes for about 4 sq feet. And the results vs using the "robot place on-top of the stain" method are much better. Wastewater is much dirtier, and the manual method completely removes any smells with a little effort.

But for dog poo, cat vomit et. all the "place on top" robot function works perfect. For cat urine use the manual tool. A bit more effort but works great.

We had a full-size Bissel wet vac but this one does a way better job, including the manual tool method, and is much easier to move around. Finding the right Bissel cleaning solution can be difficult, you need the solution designed for portable Bissel vacuums. But I just order them on Amazon, and they are usually delivered next day.

Highly recommend.

Kindle Customer: biggest issue with this item is the "creative" Molding of both the fill tank and the waste tank. Grabbing the fill tank, flipping it in the sink,, fill with HOT water and then guess the fill with the soap, is a pain.. better have a container and just pour it in from the top. Not thiis filpty-flopp process.

d cunningham: Very easy to use and cleaned carpet very well using special cat urine odor special formulated products.
The dirty water tank does leak slightly so just kept small towel close by and emptied tank into a bucket after each cycle. When doing multiple spots emptied the tank after 3 cycles.
Yes inconvenient but after busting old cat urine odor it was a small issue considering results
Also used the hand tool to suck up extra water without spraying more.
Would buy again.

Rachel C: Bought this to help contain the damages inflicted by a 2yr old feral boy. We have mostly hardwood but area rugs in the main living areas. Somehow he always manages to miss the hardwood. So far has worked great against spills, blowouts and daycare stomach bugs. Haven’t tried it on any set in stains since it’s been so easy to whip this bad boy out after any unwanted fluids have graced my carpeting. But if you look at my carpets you’d never know the beating they’ve taken over the past 2 yrs. Def cheaper than buying new area rugs!

Clyde the Groovy: The spotbot is a household staple for us...we wlre through our first one after three years (of very aggressive and frequent use) and try to buy every ew iteration of the machine, but not much changes. This little machine does equal, or a better, job as the uprights do. Definte buy if you're in the market.

La manguera jala muy bien el agua, aunque sí necesita un par de pasadas. Es casi seguro que tengas que tallar un poco la tapicería precio a usar la manguera, pero la verdad puede llegar a hacer maravillas.
El cepillo inferior limpia maravillosamente, pero sí está diseñado para manchas pequeñas, por lo que si quieres lavar algo grande con esa opción, ve considerando que te tardarás más de un día.

Amazon Customer: The machine seems to be great but if the manual is correct I am missing Two parts -the 3 in 1 stair tool and the boost formula.
I'm using the machine for stubborn cat problems in the house and highly impressed so far!
