RB: I find that the vegetables without the sauce are easily used in other dishes. I found the sauce tends to soften the vegetables with a coating. Nice flavor but I enjoy crispy vegetables and prefer using other seasonings.

Josh Fletcher: Good taste and freshness. Lots of carrots and not very many mini-corn or water chestnut, but it is cheap. Included sauce packets are decent but of little spice.
I've been using it to amp up my instant-ramen and make easy prep work for stir-fry. Will continue to reorder.

Soops: made this with beef strips cut for stir fry and threw it over rice. the sauce it comes with is decent and tasty. its was very easy and fast to make. boom done deal. tip: drain out some of the excess water when cooking it from a frozen state before you throw the sauce pack in. and also add just a dash of butter and flour to thicken the sauce.
