BioBidet Bliss BB2000 Elongated White Smart Toilet Seat - Advanced Hygienic Bidet Technology for a Cleaner, Fresher Bathroom Experience

Dieter Steimecke: We just installed the Bedit. So far, so good. We were unsure what to expect with a Bidet, but once you get used to it, you do not want to return to the old way. Installation -The seat and plumbing change was relatively easy and fast. The bigger problem is getting power; installing the GFI plug meant running a dedicated cable through the walls to a new GFI outlet. Either this means hiring a professional electrician or doing it yourself, which needs to be per electrical code.
Since our Toilets are Toto, we were leaning to go with a Toto bidet, but for features and cost considerations, we chose the Bio 2000. For the Bio 2000 controls, it would be nice to have a backlight panel, but this is not an issue; we find that one uses only 1 or 2 buttons. A consideration: I would not buy a Bidet without the warm water feature - this should be a must-have consideration. Let's see how we feel in 3 months and how the unit stands up.

TorontoGuy: It works it should, you can adjust wash pressure to what you like. It’s a strong build and supports a larger person. I recommend it if looking for a good bidet.

Chris Rowsell: I bought this on the recommendation from a friend who had the same model. This friend, being originally from Europe, was familiar with various bidets since they are commonplace there. Whereas, in North America, bidets and bidet seats are (sadly) rare. After having used this bidet seat for a couple years now I can say I am extremely happy to have purchased it. It's a game changer, and anytime I have to use a toilet without a bidet seat I cringe! I can't believe that washing our bums after going "#2" isn't the norm. Well, it is in my household and everyone loves it. The product itself is solid and there have been zero issues with it so far. The plumbing is easy to install. The only downside of the overall install is that you need an electrical outlet nearby, and preferably one with a dedicated circuit to be used solely by the bidet seat unit. For me this wasn't an issue since I'm an electrician. For others, this may be an additional expense. But this isn't a knock on the product in anyway. One other thing I would mention is this, depending on the distance the toilet tank is from the bowl, this will influence if some of the bowl space is nulified. In other words, you may lose some...

Gregory H.: Disclaimers - I have had this less than a week and this is a "first impressions" review that will be updated over time if it needs to be. Also, there may be some slightly icky medical descriptions in here, so make note of that. It's a longer review and I'll do a pro and con format. My initial situation - I'm a larger guy who had "roids" in the rear and HAD to have an operation to fix the issues. So yes... painful before, and stiches in the rear (ouch and OUCH), and I'm still in recover from that. TP is an absolute NO in that situation, and while wet wipes are slightly better, you still go through a ton of them to properly clean yourself in this scenario. Tried a travel bidet bottle, but they are awkward to hold, squeeze, aim and use at the same time, so I splurged and bought the Bio Bidet 2000. Observations so far:

The PROS:

1) Flat-out, they clean you VERY well compared to the above mentioned alternatives. It heats water on demand (not via a storage tank), and has a heated seat if you need it. The water rod extends out of it and can be moved up and down (length wise) by a few inches to hit varied areas back there, or you can have it move up and down on it's own....

Brian Bennington: I cant just give a stuffy review of this product because I am in love! I waited way too long to purchase my very first Bidet, which is bad and good. Bad only because I should have not waited so long and good because I waited long enough to allow for the quality and technology to catch up making the experience that much better. I knew that if I was going to take the plunge into this Bidet thing, I wanted the best and this is it!

First the love story. Ok, so without being graphic there are those of us who need to use way too much T.P. to clean ourselves completely. And even after using way, way too much paper "we" still find that we cannot wear white underwear because we always find our underwear stained anyway! I can tell you that the Bio Bidet Bliss BB2000 is indeed "Bliss" because the cleaning experience is soooo satisfying and cleansing! Multi levels of warmth for the seat, multi levels of warmth of water for the spray, and the fact that you can change the water pressure and location of the spray just makes it a luxury experience. Dale Dietrich: I am a colo-rectal cancer survivor! As with people who have irritable bowl syndrome and similar diseases, people like me spend a LOT more time on the toilet than others do. Without getting into the details, for people like us this is a HUGE life changer and has eliminated a lot of pain.

I have owned this product for over two years now and am delighted with it. Hence the 5 star review. It's not without a few nits and, frankly, it has too many gizmos and gadgets. I would have preferred a cheaper unit without all the unnecessary functions. A few points:

B. WHAT I REALLY LIKE: It just plain works and works well! I also really like how the cover doesn't slam shut. It goes down slowly. A silly thing, but we have two small kids at home. Our other toilet is constantly slamming down when our kids use it. This one is blessedly quiet when putting the lid down!

A. SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS: Two things bug me about this unit in my daily use:
